Terms & Conditions 1. Payment Structure Parents may choose to pay monthly, but the program requires a minimum 3-month commitment or 6-month commitment depending on the selected program. The first month is charged at enrollment, and the remaining monthly payments are automatically charged every 30 days. 2. Commitment Requirement By enrolling, you agree to complete all three or six monthly payments, regardless of attendance, schedule changes, vacations, or personal circumstances. 3. No Early Cancellation Early cancellation is not permitted during the 3-month term or 6-month term. Parents remain financially responsible for the full 3-month or 6-month commitment. 4. Missed or Unused Sessions Missed or unused sessions do not reduce, pause, or refund the membership cost. Session rescheduling must follow SOLO FUTBOLs attendance and cancellation policies. 5. Refund Policy All payments are non-refundable, including missed sessions, unused sessions, or early withdrawal from the program. 6. Membership Pause Membership cannot be paused during the initial 3-month or 6-month commitment unless the player suffers an injury verified by a doctors note, and SOLO FUTBOL approves the pause. 7. After the Term Ends When the initial term ends, the membership automatically renews for another 3 or 6 months respectively. Parents may cancel after the first 3 or 6 months by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date. 8. Failed or Missed Payments If a payment fails or is not completed on time, the following steps apply: 1. Automatic Retry The system will automatically attempt to process the payment again within 2448 hours. 2. Temporary Hold on Sessions If payment continues to fail, all upcoming sessions will be paused until the outstanding balance is paid. 3. Financial Responsibility Continues Parents remain responsible for completing the full 3-month or 6-month commitment, even if sessions are paused due to non-payment. 4. Training Cannot Resume Until Paid All unpaid balances must be cleared before the player can continue training. 5. Late Fee A $15 late fee may be applied if payment is not completed within 3 days of the original billing date. (You can remove this if you dont want to charge it.) 6. Collection Process If a balance remains unpaid for more than 14 days, the account may be forwarded to a third-party billing service to secure the remaining payments. 9. Agreement Confirmation By enrolling in the program, submitting payment, or participating in training, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
